Make your Google review link and QR code

One link you can text or email to every customer, plus a QR code for invoices, job cards or your truck. Paste your Place ID below, then copy the link or download the QR.

It runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or saved. No sign-up.

The business-name search opens Google's own Place ID Finder in a new tab. Type your business name there, pick it from the list, copy the Place ID, and paste it here.

Your review link

Test it before you share it: it should open your business with the review box ready. If it shows a different business, the Place ID is wrong.

Your QR code

Print it at least 2 cm (about 1 inch) wide. Scan it with your own phone before you print a batch.

How to find your Place ID

  1. Open Google's Place ID Finder.
  2. Type your business name and city in the search box on the map, then pick your business from the list.
  3. A box pops up on the map with "Place ID" and a code that usually starts with ChIJ. Copy the whole code.
  4. Paste it in the box above and press Make my link and QR.
My business doesn't show up in the finder

If you use a service area and hide your address, try searching your exact business name as it appears on Google, or your business phone number. If it still doesn't show up, your profile may not be verified or published yet. The review link only works for a live profile.

Can I paste a link instead?

If you already have a link that contains placeid= (an old review link, for example), paste the whole link and we'll pull the Place ID out of it. Regular Google Maps share links (maps.app.goo.gl) don't contain the Place ID, so use the finder for those.

Is this the same link Google gives me?

Google's own "Ask for reviews" button in your Business Profile gives a short link. This tool builds the long-form review link from your Place ID (search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=...). Both should open the same review box. Use whichever you like, and test it first.

Can I offer customers a discount for reviews?

No. Google's rules don't allow paying for or offering anything in return for reviews, and they don't allow asking only happy customers. Ask every customer the same way.
